With its chunky and firm meat, it is one of the local favourites and is commonly used in fish soup and porridge. An ideal choice for people on a healthy diet due to its low-fat content. Fillets are deboned along the middle line and usually would not have any bones remaining.

Fillets are excellent for fish soups, porridge etc while steak slices are excellent for pan-frying.

Fillets have been descaled, deboned*, and portioned for your convenience. 

*Please note that even though the deboning process is done with stringent control, it is important to check for the presence of bones before feeding children and elderly.*
