One of the four king fish in Singapore, it is popular among all ages and even more so during the Chinese New Year celebrations due to its auspicious red colour and due to how excellent it is for steaming due to its firm and bouncy meat. Meat is deboned and descaled. 

Possibly the best-tasting fillet that is loved by people in any age group.

Our red groupers have two variants, a golden one or a red one, both are wild-caught in Indonesian waters and have the same price. 

For a more affordable option, Emperor Red Snapper would be our top recommendation for steaming. 

Fillets have been descaled, deboned*, and portioned for your convenience. 

*Please note that even though the deboning process is done with stringent control, it is important to check for the presence of bones before feeding children and elderly.*
