What time will my order be delivered?
Between 11am and 4pm. For a closer estimate, message Xavier on WhatsApp at +65 9674 5776 the day before delivery.
Which days do you deliver to my area?
West is Wednesday to Sunday. Central and North East are Wednesday to Sunday, and we may move your slot by a day to fit the route. South, South Central and East are Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. North is Thursday and Saturday. No home deliveries on Monday or Tuesday. Enter your postal code in the cart and we show your days.
How will my fish be packed?
Fillets go in thicker packaging that can be vacuum sealed as an option in the cart. Other fish are in regular packaging that keeps frozen for up to a month without a dip in quality, or ready to cook after a rinse if kept chilled.
How will my fish be delivered?
Choose between a plastic or cooler bag with ice, or a foam box. If someone is home between 11am and 4pm, the cooler bag is the greener choice. Foam boxes cost nothing extra, and we appreciate it if you recycle them with your next order.
When do I pay?
After delivery. We weigh every item individually on the day, send you the total on WhatsApp, and you pay by PayNow or PayLah. That way you are never short changed or overcharged.
Can I collect it myself?
Yes. Self collection at 505 Jurong West Street 52, Market #01-140, before noon, with no minimum purchase. Choose self collection in the cart.
Is there a minimum order?
Delivery is free above $75. Below that, self collection has no minimum, and smaller orders are also on GrabMart.
Do you supply restaurants?
Yes. We supply home kitchens and trade customers from the same stall at market rates. See the restaurant and trade supply page.
Do you accept CDC and SG60 vouchers?
Yes. Select the voucher option during checkout and we settle the rest when we confirm your total on WhatsApp.
