Shipping policy

Delivery is to be done by our staff, and you will be informed of the delivery date either on the same day or a day before. We do not do deliveries on Mondays. Customers may choose the delivery date but not the time of delivery as it is based on a curated route. 

The day of delivery differs for customers in different residential areas; for example, we deliver to the North on Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday, and the East on Wednesday, Friday & Sunday. Customers will be informed if their chosen day does not align with their designated route.
