Fish and Seafood Delivery in Singapore

Ding Xin Seafood delivers fresh fish and seafood from our family stall at Jurong West market to homes across Singapore, Wednesday to Sunday between 11 AM and 4 PM. Order online by 10 PM for the next delivery day in your area. Delivery is free from $75 and $10 below that. We cut and weigh every item on delivery day, send you the exact total on WhatsApp, and you pay after, by PayNow, PayLah, bank transfer or CDC vouchers.

Which days do you deliver to my area?

We drive our own routes, so each part of Singapore has set delivery days. Enter your postal code in the cart and it shows the days for your area.

There are no deliveries on Monday or Tuesday.

What is the order cutoff?

Order by 10 PM and we can deliver on the next delivery day for your area. After 10 PM the earliest date moves back one day. We do not offer same day delivery, because we cut, weigh and pack your order on the morning it goes out. You choose the date in the cart before checkout.

What time will my order arrive?

Between 11 AM and 4 PM. The route is planned each morning, so you cannot pick a time slot. For a closer estimate, message Xavier on WhatsApp at +65 9674 5776 the day before delivery.

How much does delivery cost?

• Orders of $75 and above: free delivery.
• Orders below $75: $10 delivery.
• Self collection: free, Wednesday to Sunday before 12 PM at 505 Jurong West Street 52, Market #01-140, with no minimum order.

First order with us? Code FIRSTORDER takes $5 off an order of $65 or more, once per customer.

Why do I pay after delivery?

Fish sizes change from day to day, so the price you see online is based on the size listed and your final total can be slightly more or less. On delivery day we weigh every item, send you the exact total on WhatsApp, and you pay once you have it: PayNow or PayLah to 9674 5776, bank transfer, or CDC vouchers (soft or hard copy). You never pay for weight you did not get.

How is the seafood packed?

• In the cart you choose a cooler bag with ice, or a foam box at no extra cost. If someone is home between 11 AM and 4 PM, the cooler bag is the greener choice.
• Fillets come in thicker packs, and you can ask for vacuum sealing at checkout.
• Many fillets come in portion sizes from 150 to 200G up to 1 KG packed into four packets, so you can freeze them and cook one pack at a time.

What can I order for delivery?

• Boneless fillets, deboned and cut as whole pieces, child sized chunks or thin slices.
• Whole fish and big fish, steaks, tail sections, fish heads and fish bones for soup.
• Prawns, clams and other shellfish, and sotong.
• Fish and seafood for steamboat and ready made packs.
• Fruit, vegetables, herbs and mushrooms to go with your fish.

Do you deliver to Jurong West?

Yes. Our stall is in Jurong West, at 505 Jurong West Street 52, and the West (postal codes 58 to 71, which includes Jurong West and Jurong East) gets deliveries every day we open, Wednesday to Sunday. If you live nearby you can also collect your order from the stall before 12 PM.

What if something is not right with my order?

Every item is checked at the stall before it is packed. If we are not happy with a fish on the day, we tell you and offer a better option or move your delivery. If you are not happy with what arrives, message us on WhatsApp and we will give you a discount on your next order. We do not offer refunds.
