Fish Bones

Fish bones for soup, porridge and stock. Our assorted fish bones are a mix of red snapper, grouper, red grouper, sea bass and emperor red snapper frames, and they still carry a good amount of meat. Threadfin, salmon and cod bones are sold on their own. Simmer the bones for a sweet stock, then add fillet or steak pieces at the end.
