How To Pay

We will prepare your fish on the day of delivery, weigh every item individually and inform you of the total via WhatsApp, and you can make payment via PayNow/PayLah.

The reason for this is so that you are not shortchanged or overcharged. Using market rates, you will not be unknowingly paying high prices for fresh fish in Singapore.

Which Cut to choose?

Standard Cut: a whole piece that is deboned, descaled, and ready to be cooked after a rinse.
Child Chunks: recommended for adolescents over 3 y/o
Slices: the ideal pick for steamboats, fish slice soups, porridge, and any dishes cooked for children under 3 years old.

Notes for Fillets

Fillets have been descaled, deboned*, and portioned for your convenience.

*Please note that even though the deboning process is done with stringent control, it is important to check for the presence of bones before feeding children and elderly.*

If you have other specifications for cutting please leave a remark during checkout!  (e.g. thin slices for steamboat/baby consumption)

FAQs

Qn: What time will my order be delivered?

Answer: Between 10 AM to 4 PM. For a closer estimate, reach out to Xavier on WhatsApp @ +65 96745776 a day before delivery.

Qn: How will my fishes be packed?

Answer: Fillets will be packed in thicker packaging that can be vacuum sealed as an option during checkout, while other fishes will be in regular packaging that can be kept frozen for up to a month without any dip in quality, or ready to be cooked after a rinse if kept chilled.

Qn: How will my fishes be delivered?

Answer: You will have the option to choose between plastic bag with ice pack or foam box with ice. For plastic bag with ice pack, we will first pack them into our own large foam boxes and cover them in ice, then repack them into plastic bag with ice when we arrive at your location. This is to be more cost-effective and environmentally friendly.

Qn: Do I make payment immediately after ordering?

Answer: Nope! Please avoid doing so as the sizes of the fish vary on a daily basis, so the total cost could be slightly less or slightly more. On the day of delivery, we will inform you of the total cost, then you can make payment.

Qn: How do I know that your prices are fair?

Answer: As a small family business that has been operating from a wet market for more than 15 years, we can say with 100% certainty that our fishes are well within wet market prices, and there are no other online platforms that has better prices than us at the same/better quality. As for prawns and other seafood which are not our specialty, we do have to admit that they are not really within wet market rates, but we still firmly sit within online price ranges.

Question: What payment methods can I use?

Answer: PayNow/PayLah to 96745776, Bank Transfer

Question: Is everything going to be available everyday?

Answer: For most of the products listed here, yes! We did not include some of our products that are available every once in a while e.g. parrotfish, solefish, dua pan, etc.

Question: How much for free delivery to my area ___?

Answer: Any order over $65 will be entitled to free delivery :)
