We will prepare your fish on the day of delivery, weigh every item individually and inform you of the total via WhatsApp, and you can make payment via PayNow/PayLah.
The reason for this is so that you are not shortchanged or overcharged. Using market rates, you will not be unknowingly paying high prices for fresh fish in Singapore.

Fillets have been descaled, deboned*, and portioned for your convenience.
*Please note that even though the deboning process is done with stringent control, it is important to check for the presence of bones before feeding children and elderly.*

Qn: What time will my order be delivered?
Answer: Between 11 AM - 4 PM. For a closer estimate, reach out to Xavier on WhatsApp @ +65 96745776 a day before delivery.
Qn: How will my fishes be packed?
Answer: Fillets will be packed in thicker packaging that can be vacuum sealed as an option during checkout, while other fishes will be in regular packaging that can be kept frozen for up to a month without any dip in quality, or ready to be cooked after a rinse if kept chilled.
Qn: How will my fishes be delivered?
Answer: You will have the option to choose between plastic/cooler bag with ice or foam box. If you have someone at home from 11 AM - 4 PM, you may choose cooler bag with ice if you wish to be more environmentally friendly. Foam boxes are available at no additional cost, although we would appreciate it a lot if you can help us to recycle it with every order.
Qn: Do I make payment immediately after ordering?
Answer: Nope! Please avoid doing so as the sizes of the fish vary on a daily basis, so the total cost could be slightly less or slightly more. On the day of delivery, we will inform you of the total cost, then you can make payment.
Question: What payment methods can I use?
Answer: PayNow/PayLah to 96745776, Bank Transfer, CDC (soft copy or hard copy both accepted).
Question: Is everything going to be available everyday?
Answer: For most of the products listed here, yes! We did not include some of our products that are available every once in a while e.g. parrotfish, solefish, dua pan, etc.
Question: How much for free delivery to my area ___?
Answer: Any order over $75 will be entitled to free delivery :)

Goldband Snapper, fondly referred to by the locals as Ang Go Li, is renowned for cooking curries and is the go-to curry fish head that zi char stalls use.
It has a wonderfully clean taste & satisfying meaty texture. Its meat also consists of anti-inflammatory properties, which is a good match with curries. It also strengthens the immune system.
Upon ordering this, the whole fish will belong to you - inclusive of fish head, fish bones, fish belly, and every bit of meat!
Please note that the size you choose is a guideline for us, and it could be slightly bigger or smaller on that day! (of course payment will be made on that day instead of immediately after placing the order)
