Similar cooking methods to red snappers and are popular among the elderly as it is a fairly well-known fish that has been around since the past.
Excellent for steaming, cooked with soup, porridge etc., can also be grilled.
Prices are entirely identical to red snappers, so it is up to individual preference.
Please note that we'll use red snapper fillets as substitutes if this is unavailable. :)
