Portioned fish fillets for a week of meals

Planning a Weekly Seafood Order: Portions, Packs and Delivery

To plan a week of fish in one delivery, count your fish meals, pick a portion size per meal, mix two or three kinds of fish, and freeze what you will not cook in the first two days. One order on your area's delivery day, Wednesday to Sunday, can cover the whole week, and orders from $75 are delivered free. Here is how to plan it with the portion sizes and packs we sell.

How much fish should I order for the week?

Start from the number of fish meals and the portion size your household eats. Our fillets come in set sizes, so you can match a pack to a meal:

Fillet size Weight per pack
Small 150 to 200G
Standard 250 to 300G
Medium 350 to 400G
Large 450 to 500G
1 KG 1 KG packed into four packets

Not every fish comes in every size; each product page lists the sizes it has, for example red snapper fillet, sea bass fillet and Atlantic salmon fillet.

Work out your planned fillet weight

Enter how many people eat fish, how many fish meals you want this week and the grams of fillet you plan per person per meal. It adds up your own numbers; it is not a serving or nutrition recommendation.

Compare the total with the pack sizes in the table above and the sizes listed on each product page. Fillet weights vary, so we weigh every item on delivery day and confirm the final total on WhatsApp before you pay.

Formula: people × fish meals × grams per person per meal = total grams. Results round to the nearest gram; divide by 1,000 for kilograms. Example: 4 people × 2 meals × 200 g = 1,600 g, or 1.6 kg.

Which ready made packs help with weekly meals?

  • Mini Fillet Pack: about 1.5 KG, five 300G fillets of salmon trout, red snapper, sea bass, batang and ang go li.
  • Wild Caught Fillets Pack: wild caught fish, including cod steak, red grouper, emperor red snapper, golden snapper and white snapper fillets.
  • Whole Fish Pack: five whole fish of about 450 to 600G each, cleaned and gutted, for steaming and frying.

Pack weights can vary slightly; we weigh everything on delivery day and you pay the confirmed total.

How do I mix the fish?

Pick fish that suit different meals: a soft fish for steaming or porridge, a firm one for curry or soup, and an oily one for the pan or air fryer. Our fillet comparison lists the texture and best dish for each fillet, and the fish cuts guide shows when a steak, tail or whole fish is better value.

When should I order?

Order by 10 PM the night before your area's delivery day. The West, Central and North East get deliveries Wednesday to Sunday, the North on Thursday and Saturday, and the South and East on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. Your days show in the cart once you enter your postal code. Full details: delivery days and charges.

How do I keep a week of fish?

Keep what you will cook in the next two days in the fridge, and freeze the rest the day it arrives, one portion per pack. Thaw each portion in the fridge the night before. Fillets can be vacuum sealed at checkout. Our storage guide covers freezing and safe thawing.
